Usage
Where it is: Settings → Usage. Who sees it: people allowed to manage billing.

Users
29 of 10 included compares your active people with those included in the plan. Those above the included number are billed as additional users (19 additional users are billed separately).
The monthly pool
Each paid service includes a monthly pool for the whole workspace that grows with every additional user. Usage resets on the 1st of each month.
| Service | What consumes it |
|---|---|
| Evidence and file storage | Stored photos, signatures, documents and attachments, in GB. |
| Route calculations | Road travel times for dispatch, suggested routes and navigation. |
| Predictions | SLA risk, demand forecast, candidate scoring and other models. |
| AI assistant credits | Questions to the assistant, drafting resolutions and message triage. One credit is a thousand tokens on the platform's model. |
| WhatsApp template messages | Messages WAYDOT starts on WhatsApp (confirmations and updates to people requesting service). |
| Payroll CFDI stamps | Each payroll receipt stamped. |
Each bar shows usage against what is included. Not in your plan means your plan doesn't include the service; Unlimited has no cap.
Using your own AI key
If your workspace connects its own AI provider, the assistant uses that key and consumes no credits. See Integrations.
Overage
Use beyond the pool is charged as overage, at the per-block price shown in the table (Price past the pool). Overage this month shows how much you have against your ceiling.
No overage is charged during the trial: each service stops at its pool until the subscription starts.
Monthly overage ceiling
The most you accept to pay in overage in a month.
- Type the amount in Monthly overage ceiling.
- Choose Save ceiling. Use the plan default returns to the default, which equals one month of the base price.
When the ceiling is reached, until next month:
- routes are calculated in a straight line (travel times are less accurate),
- the AI assistant pauses,
- no new files are uploaded.
With 0 you never pay overage: each service stops when its pool runs out.
