Compensation
Compensation is what each person is paid: their daily wage, their SDI, recurring monthly lines and their incentives. Every change is a revision that someone else must approve. Loans and advances that payroll deducts are also granted here.
Where it is: Finance → Compensation, with Salary tabulator. Who sees it: people allowed to read payroll periods and payslips in your scope; proposing revisions and granting loans needs write expense policies, mileage rates, compensation and tax tables. Plan: Payroll and compensation add-on.

Propose revision → Somebody else must approve it. Only one revision can wait at a time.
Approving, rejecting or withdrawing

| Amount lent | |
| Deducted each period | The instalment. |
| First deduction on | |
| Reason |
Grant: payroll deducts the instalment each period until the debt is paid, never more than the law allows from one payment. Each loan shows $5,000.00 lent · $500.00 per period · $3,500.00 owed and its repayments (by payroll or recorded by hand).
- Record repayment: money paid back outside payroll.
- Cancel loan: only one without repayments.
Salary tabulator

A daily wage range per Job title (from the organization chart's titles): Minimum a day and Maximum a day, in pesos, with how many People hold it and how many are outside the range. If a wage falls outside the range, a justification is asked for when revising it. Leave both empty to remove a range.
Bimonthly SDI
For people with variable earnings, the SDI is updated every two months: Integrate the last bimester recalculates each person's SDI (or leaves it as Fixed SDI) and takes it to the IMSS notices.
