NOM-035
NOM-035-STPS asks employers to identify people who went through a severe traumatic event and refer them for clinical evaluation. Employees answer the screening from the app (under Settings); answers are confidential.
Where it is: Workforce → Hiring → NOM-035. Who sees it: people allowed to maintain employee files. Plan: Human resources add-on.
Screenings shown: To refer or All. Each answer shows when it was answered and its outcome:

On a person to refer, Record referral: write Where and when they'll be seen. The note stays in HR's record (Referred by Laura Méndez on 3 Oct).
