Offers
An offer is a ticket dispatch proposes you take. It expires in minutes: if you don't answer, it goes to the next candidate. It arrives as an alert on any screen.
Where it is: Ofertas in the bottom bar, and the Nueva oferta (new offer) alert that appears by itself. Needs: a connection. Las ofertas sólo se ven y responden en línea (offers can only be seen and answered online).
What it shows

If it's more urgent than your current jobs: al aceptar, la ruta cambia aquí (accepting changes your route).
Answering
- Aceptar: the ticket joins your list as Aceptado.
- Rechazar: it goes to the next candidate.
- Ver después (see later): closes the alert; the offer stays in Ofertas until it expires.
Esta oferta ya no está disponible if another technician took it, it expired or you already answered.
