Stock and warehouses
Where it is: Records → Assets → Stock levels and Records → Assets → Warehouses. Who sees it: those who can read assets; managing warehouses needs administer assets, warehouses and the product catalog. Plan: Inventory and assets module.
Stock levels
How much of each item there is in warehouses and agents' vans, against its reorder point. Installed, in-repair or retired units aren't stock.
- Search products; filter by territory (Vans in Tijuana) and Stock level: Below the reorder point or At or above the reorder point.
- Items below their point are marked Reorder needed.
- The reorder point is set per warehouse, from the warehouse's stock page.
Warehouses
Stock centers and depots. They can receive stock from client sites, vans and other warehouses. Add warehouse; Export CSV.

| Coordinates | Latitude, longitude. Proves a check-out happened here: field movements are compared against this point. Empty: any reported position is accepted. |
The page shows Identity, Operation, the Map and the Stock on hand: units whose custody is this warehouse. Actions: Directions, Copy address, Copy coordinates and Delete warehouse (can't be deleted while it holds assets).
