Model registry
Shows the models behind the console's projections (SLA risk, forecast, hotspots…), how accurate they were, and the weights dispatch scores candidates with.
Where it is: Configuration → Model registry. Who sees it: people allowed to read predictive intelligence and model registry metrics; proposing and promoting weights needs tune adaptive dispatch weights. Plan: Intelligence module (Pro and Enterprise).

Measures
| Measure | What it measures |
|---|---|
| Inference p50 / p95 | How long the model service takes to answer, with calls and errors. |
| Brier score (lower is better) | How good the breach probabilities were, over probabilities already resolved. |
| Offer acceptance | What share of answered offers were accepted. |
| Automatic assignment | Assignments made and how many dispatchers overrode. |
How the probabilities held
A chart of Predicted against Observed: points on the diagonal are perfectly calibrated; above it, the model underestimates; below, it overestimates. The Reliability by predicted range table gives it in numbers.
Dispatch policies
How much each factor counts when deciding who gets a ticket, per regime. The factors: Proximity, Skill match, Workload and Shift time left.
| Regime | When it applies |
|---|---|
| Standard | Everyday reactive work; the choice for anything not matching what follows. |
| Emergency | The most urgent priorities, where proximity has a floor. |
| Scheduled | Tickets raised by a scheduled visit, which can afford to balance workload. |
| Congestion | Reserved for heavy traffic; not detected yet, so it's never selected. |
Until a regime has weights of its own, it uses the Score weights in platform settings.
Proposing and promoting weights
- Propose weights: change the regime's values. A proposal changes nothing until it's promoted. Discard changes removes it.
- What the evaluator says: compares the Candidate value with the In-force value over Settled outcomes (SLA compliance, acceptance, overrides). Every promotion gate passes when the proposal is safe.
- Promote proposal: New assignments in this regime use it now. The in-force version shows when it was approved.
Registered models
Each model with its version and its evaluation (Not evaluated if it has no outcomes yet).
