Tax tables
Payroll works out withholdings and contributions with tables published by the SAT, IMSS and CONASAMI. WAYDOT keeps them by version: each with the date it took effect. Payroll uses the version in force on the last day of each period; earlier ones are kept to explain past periods.
Where it is: Configuration → Platform settings → Payroll → Tax tables. Who sees it: those who can read settings; adding versions needs write expense policies, mileage rates, compensation and tax tables. Plan: Payroll add-on.

The list shows each version (Tables from 1 Jan 2025), which is In force and a summary (UMA $113.14 · minimum wage $278.80 · ISR brackets: 11). If there are no tables for the current year you're warned: Payroll keeps using the latest version until a new one is added.
Adding a version
Add version when new figures are published. It starts from the previous version; change what changed.
| Section | Fields |
|---|---|
| General | Effective from (the day the publication took effect; each version needs its own date) and Source (RMF 2026, Anexo 8). |
| Reference wages | UMA, general minimum wage and Zona Libre de la Frontera Norte minimum wage, per day, in pesos. |
| ISR tariff | The monthly tariff of LISR art. 96: per bracket, Lower limit, Fixed fee and Rate on excess (%). Each bracket's upper limit is the next one's lower; the last is and above. Add bracket / Remove bracket. Weekly and fortnightly periods use it scaled by their days. |
| Employment subsidy | Share of the monthly UMA (%) (the daily UMA times 30.4) and Monthly income ceiling (above it there's no subsidy). It never exceeds the tax and isn't paid out. |
| IMSS contributions | Per Branch, Employee (%) and Employer (%). They apply to the integrated daily wage times the days in the period; the fixed fee to the UMA. The work risk premium is set separately, in the employer settings. |
| Old-age brackets | The employer's rate rises with the integrated wage measured in UMAs: per bracket, Up to (UMAs) and Employer rate (%). A minimum-wage earner pays the first rate. |
Save the version. From its date, every period closing afterwards uses it.
When to do it
Usually at the start of the year: the minimum wage and tariffs apply from January and the UMA from February, so these can be two versions. Enter each with its real effective date.
