Where it is: Finance → Payroll: Concept catalogue, Year to date, Annual ISR adjustment, Net to gross and Import stamped receipts. Who sees it: those who can read payroll periods; importing receipts needs managing payroll; changing the catalogue, managing settings. Plan: Payroll and compensation add-on.
Concept catalogue

Enter the number and description your company uses for each concept, and the ledger account it posts to. Payslips, movement files, the CFDI and year-to-date totals use them.
| Column | What it is |
|---|---|
| Type | Earnings (P), Deductions (D) or Employer costs (O). |
| Concept | WAYDOT's (Wage, ISR withheld…). |
| SAT type | The SAT key it carries on the CFDI (Not on the CFDI if it doesn't apply). |
| Number | Your concept number (001). |
| Description | Your name for the concept. |
| Ledger account | Where it posts in the journal entry. |
Journal entry accounts: those the entry credits besides each deduction's: Net pay owed, Employer IMSS payable, Employer INFONAVIT payable and State payroll tax payable. Save the catalogue.
Year to date

Everything paid to each person in the Year, from periods frozen here and imported receipts: Earnings, Taxable (and exempt), ISR withheld, Subsidy caused and the Origin (24 periods here · 3 receipts brought in). Open a person to see each concept with its SAT type. Download spreadsheet.
Annual ISR adjustment

The year's ISR on each person's taxable income, with the annual tariff, against what was withheld. The employer only does it for people who worked the whole year, earned up to $400,000 and didn't say they'd file their own return.
| Column | What it is |
|---|---|
| Year's tax / Withheld / Difference | owes or refund. |
| Status | To settle, Settled, or why it doesn't apply: Not employed all year, Left during the year, Above $400,000. |
Settling the year adjusts 38 people: $4,210.00 owed and $6,980.00 refunded.
How to apply it: in a period paid after the year closes, open it and choose Processes → Settle annual ISR. It adds what each person owes as a deduction and what was over-withheld as a refund, once a year, and recalculates the period.
Net to gross

The daily wage that leaves a promised net after withholding ISR and the employee's IMSS, with the tables in force on a date. Useful for an offer like "you take home $4,000 a week".
| Field | What it is |
|---|---|
| Take-home pay for the period | What they must receive. |
| Days in the period | 7 weekly, 15 fortnightly, 30 monthly. |
| Tables of | The tables' date. |
Calculate: Daily wage, SDI, Integration factor, Gross, ISR, IMSS (employee) and Take-home pay.
Import stamped receipts

Upload payslips stamped in another system, as their CFDI XML files. What they are:
| Purpose | What for |
|---|---|
| This year's history | What was paid before payroll ran here. It counts for year-to-date totals, annual exemptions and the annual adjustment. |
| A parallel run | Receipts for a period also calculated here. They count for nothing; they're compared with that period. |
Fill the empty details of each file from the receipts (RFC, CURP, NSS, registration date, SDI, employee number), if you want.
The Preview says who each receipt paid before anything is saved: New, Already brought in, Nobody here (no one here for that receiver: Download people file and import them), Paid here already or Not a receipt. Then import.
Receipts brought in lists what was imported; Remove one to stop counting it.
Parallel run
On a period with receipts imported for comparison: 38 the same, 2 different, 1 only here, 0 only imported, with Net here, Net imported and Difference per person. It lets you run payroll in WAYDOT alongside your previous system until you trust it.
