Careers site
Your workspace has a public careers page with the openings you publish. No account is needed: anyone can see it and apply.
Where it is: https://<your-workspace>.hr.waydot.mx/careers. Each opening has its own link, copied from the opening (Copy the public link). What appears: open openings published on the careers page. See Recruitment.
The openings
Join our team: search by What (job title or keyword) and Where (city or area), and filter by Job type. Choosing an opening shows its Job details: Pay, Job type, Schedule, Location, Benefits, the full description, the Requirements (certifications, cities) and How hiring works:
- Send your application: about two minutes; a résumé helps but is optional.
- We review it against what the job asks for.
- Choose your interview time: if they fit, a link arrives by email.
- Receive your offer: they read and sign it online.
Applying
Apply now opens the step-by-step application (Step 1 of 4):

Send application → Your application was sent. They get a confirmation by email. We only use your details to review your application.
Booking the interview
The email link opens Book your interview: Hi Ana, pick the time that suits you best for your interview for Field technician.
- Choose a day and Choose a time (morning, afternoon, evening). Times come from the interviewers' calendars and show in local time (Times are in Tijuana time).
- Your interview sums up length, where and when.
- Confirm interview → Your interview is booked. They can Add to Google Calendar or Download calendar file, see Directions or the Online interview link. Bring an ID and arrive five minutes early.
With no times free: We'll contact you to arrange your interview. A used or expired link says This link no longer works.
Signing the offer
The offer arrives by email with a link to read and sign it online, without printing anything. Once signed, the offer is Accepted on the applicant.
