Quality inspections
An inspection reviews an already-resolved job: a supervisor looks at the technician's evidence (and visits the site if needed) and passes or fails the work, logging any defects found.
Where it is: Compliance → Quality → Inspections. Who sees it: everyone the inspections they're part of; with read the quality record across your territories, those in their territories. Grading needs carry out and grade quality audits. Plan: Quality assurance module.
Where they come from

Each inspection creates an inspection ticket (reference QA-…) with its own deadline (72 hours by default) for a supervisor to carry it out. That deadline doesn't count in the client's breach reports.
The list
Each row: Inspection of [technician]'s work, the Supervisor, the state and the Score. States:

| Awaiting inspection | Created, nobody has started it. |
| Being inspected | The supervisor is reviewing it. |
| Passed | The work meets the standard. |
| Failed | The work doesn't meet it; its defects are logged. |
Requesting an inspection
Request inspection → choose the Resolved job to inspect. The source ticket must be resolved and not already have an inspection.
The inspection

| Sampling | Selection (Draw or Requested by hand), the Sampling rate and the rule behind it. |
| Evidence | The original job's photos and videos with their time, location (Within site, Outside site, Site location could not be verified) and SHA-256 fingerprint. Open original file downloads the file exactly as captured. |
| Grading | Graded or Not graded yet, the Score and the Findings. |
| Defects | The defects logged. |
Grading
Grade the inspection (you can't grade your own work; a grade is recorded only once):

Save grade: Inspection passed or Inspection failed and its defects logged.
