Cost per ticket
Each job is costed when it closes together with its follow-ups. The cost adds up five parts and, if the contract has a fee, is compared with revenue to show the margin.
Where it is: Finance → Cost per ticket, and each ticket's Cost section. Who sees it: people allowed to read finance. Plan: Job costing module.

What it's made of
| Part | How it's calculated |
|---|---|
| Labour | Each person's time on the job at their loaded rate: their integrated daily wage plus the labour on-cost (35% by default: employer contributions, payroll tax and benefits). |
| Travel | The km traveled: in a fleet vehicle, at its cost per km; in an own vehicle, at the policy's mileage rate. |
| Parts | The cost of the units installed on the job. |
| Expenses | Approved claims linked to the ticket. |
| Overhead | A percentage (15% by default) of all of the above. |
The percentages are set in Platform settings → Finance. A follow-up is costed within the original job (Costed with every visit of the original job).
What's left uncosted
If a figure is missing, the part is counted but not costed, and it's explained:
- Ana has no approved pay, so her time is counted but not costed.
- A trip by Ana has no cost per kilometre: the vehicle has no odometer readings and her expense policy has no mileage rate.
