WAYDOT is the platform for running field service: you take in your clients' work, dispatch it to the right technician, the technician does it with evidence from their phone, and you meet the contract and prove it. This guide explains every screen, every field and every setting, in the order of the console's menu.

- Each guide says where the screen is, who sees it (the permission it needs) and which plan includes it.
- Button and field names appear in bold as they read on screen. The console and HR app read in English or Spanish per your profile; the field app is in Spanish.
- Screenshots show the Spanish interface and follow this help center's light or dark mode. Use Interface color on a screenshot to compare other themes, or Enlarge to see it in full.
- What you see in your workspace can vary with your plan, your permissions and your company's configuration.
