Holidays
Days off don't count as working days in leave requests. There are two kinds:
| Kind | What it is |
|---|---|
| Statutory rest day (Art. 74) | Set by the Ley Federal del Trabajo. They appear by themselves and can't be removed. |
| Declared by the organization | The ones your company gives as well (Election day, the company day…). |
Where it is: Configuration → Holidays. Who sees it: those who can read leave; declaring days needs ruling on leave requests. Plan: Human resources add-on.
Move with Previous year / Next year. The Holidays of [year] list shows each with its kind.
Declaring a day off
- Pick a day on the calendar.
- Declare this day off as: type the name (Election day).
- Declare a day off.
Leave requests made from now on don't count it.
Removing a declared day
Pick the marked day and Remove this day off. It changes how later requests are counted; ones already made keep the working days they were counted with.
