Change requests

Employees ask from the app to change their personal details: Address, Phone or Emergency contact. They arrive here for HR to review before they're applied to the file.

Where it is: Workforce → Hiring → Change requests. Who sees it: people allowed to maintain employee files. Plan: Human resources add-on.

Each request shows who made it, the section, the current value next to the requested one and when it was asked (Asked on 3 Oct).

• Approve: Applied to Ana Ruiz's file.
• Decline with a Reason: they see it in the app and can ask again.

When there are none: Nothing waiting.
